March 2025 - Invited Perspective published in 2D Materials

Susan and Ke published an invited perspective in the journal, 2D Materials, on ionically gated 2D transistors for neuromorphic computing.  We argue that 2D ion-gated transistors are particularly well suited for edge low-power edgecomputing.  Check it out!
