Shubham's paper is published in ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces showing why gate voltages larger than the typical electrochemical window can be applied in ion-gated semiconductor FETs. He also, for the first time, shows that the carrier density is not compromised when a PEO-based solid polymer electrolyte is thinned to 10 nm. Check it out here!
